Brian Peltzman

Brian Peltzman is a licensed journeyman plumber who was raised by a strong single mother with the traditions and charms of the South.

After graduating high school, he decided to see the world by joining the Navy in 1987.  He spent 11 years working as a weapon systems and communications expert. After three Western Pacific deployments and one tour in the Gulf War, Brian retired from the Navy and moved back home to Fox Lake, IL.

In 1997 Brian’s uncle got him involved in the plumbing industry in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, where he was extensively trained in service plumbing.  In 2001, he moved back to his hometown of Champaign, IL and extended his training in plumbing to include residential and commercial.

After deliberating for several years, in 2015 Brian decided to make the jump and move to Kuna, Idaho to be closer to his father and sister.  He accepted a position with a local plumbing company, where he met Joe.  He discovered a passion for water treatment systems. He quickly became an expert with the Sterling Water Softener brand.
Not long after moving to Idaho, Brian met and fell in love with his wife, who he married in 2016.  They set their roots in the Nampa/Caldwell area, where they built a home for their new beginning. Together they have 6 adult children and 3 adorable grandbabies.
It didn’t take long for Brian to decide that it was time to be his own boss, and in 2019 he did just that.  With the help of his best friend Joe, he was able to start the Fidelity Plumbing Company.

In his spare time, he loves to go camping, fishing and travel the world.

Joe Walsh

Joe Walsh is a third-generation plumber who was raised by a retired Marine with a no-nonsense hard-working attitude.  He was encouraged to take on every project with 110% and nothing less was ever accepted.  By chance, while helping his dad, he discovered he had a natural “knack” for the trade at the age of 16.  He started his journey into plumbing through working for family after moving to Meridian, Idaho in 1992.  In 1994, he attended Boise State University to get his formal plumbing education and completed his apprenticeship under the guidance of his older brother.

In 2006, he accepted a position with a growing local company, where he worked for 13 years.  Here he was given opportunities to fine tune his expertise on tankless water heaters, new construction and troubleshooting a wide rage plumbing related issues. He quickly became the team’s “go to” guy for expert advice.

After 24 years, Joe decided it was time to follow in his father’s footsteps and take on a new plumbing adventure of running his own business with his best friend Brian.
In 1995, Joe set his roots in Middleton, Idaho, where he and his girlfriend raise their blended family of 7 kids.  In 2016, after losing his daughter in a car accident to distracted driving, he and his family founded #AshtynPromise, #itcanwait, with hopes to educate and promote awareness of the dangers of distracted driving amongst young adults.

In his spare time, he can be found camping, enjoying a concert, traveling, hanging out with family or watching one of their kid’s sporting events.
